Regardless of how you are currently viewing your model, you are able to switch to a 2D layout/plan view both quickly and easily using Lineardraft.
- Select 'View Plan' button
The command will switch on all 2D levels, switch off all 3D levels and place your model into the 2D layout (top) view.
Your layout will be shown so that all non-referenced elements are displayed in the view window.
As the function will display only 2D levels, all of your 2D annotations such as structure boxes, wire boxes, structure symbols, span & versine, staggers and much more will be displayed.
Optional: Select a Structure
This will rotate the view to so the selected structure annotation is the correct orientation.
