If you are attempting to generate a report and you are using Lineardraft version 2020.12.1856.1, then it is possible that you have received an error within the Lineardraft Console dialog, similar to the one displayed below;
Although the Lineardraft Console is reporting that the report generation has failed - this is actually a false negative and the report can be found in the location in which you saved it to.
We are aware of the error and we are actively working on a fix to rectify the issue.
A remediation package that addresses the issue is due for release on 17/12/2020.

This issue is contained solely within Lineardraft version 2020.12.1856.1 (released on 06/12/2020).
This release contains various other updates, all of which can be found in the release notes located here.
As this issue is specific to the feedback within the Lineardraft Console dialog and not with the report generation functionality, it is not recommended to roll back to a previous version of Lineardraft.
