When submitting a ticket and requesting support from the Lineardraft team, there may be occasions when you are required to provide specific version information. This can relate to the Lineardraft version, Catalogue versions or Project Preset versions that you have synced and are currently using.
This information is required in order for us to determine if the versions you are using are up-to-date and enables our team to fully replicate your system settings.
Details of all synced Catalogues, Project Presets and the Lineardraft Software (and specific version information) can be found simply by opening your Lineardraft Desktop application. An example of which is shown below;
